B&A GESTION was created in 1987, in France, as a Consultancy company with a special dedication to restructuring businesses in difficulty or even bankrupt ones. B&A GESTION, regrouping partners of most varied origins, entrepeneurs or executives of multinational companies, operated either offering consultancy either acquiring a majority share of medium or low-size companies (a dozen of major operations in 15 years) in very different fields : garment and mode, electronics, chemistry, real estate and tourism...

Since 1995, capitalizing on its special ties with Brazil, B&A GESTION, in partnership with LFC Management e Comércio Internacional, and their correspondents in different countries, assists   companies in their international development in Latin America, especially Brazil, in very different fields.


LFC Management e Comércio Internacional was founded in 1976 and since then has been managed by Jean-Pierre Bernard.

Initially, LFC was an active player of the process of Brazilianization of the computer industry.

Since 1981, LFC acquired and managed companies of different sectors (real estate, metallurgy, construction, garment industry, consultancy and training, software distribution and implementation, and international trade).

From 1982 on, LFC has developed a Marina PORTO PARATY YACHT CLUB nestled in a seashore resort PORTO PARATY - ALDEIA DO ENGENHO À VAPOR.

Since 1987, LFC is associated to B&A GESTION, a French company, to offer its clients opportunities on both French and Brazilian markets.

In 1994, LFC was the driving force in the foundation of ABAI - Associação para Educação e Administração Empresarial and the leader in the negotiation for ABAI to become the official representative in Brazil of APICS - The Educational Society for Resource Management.

Since 1998, LFC is the representative for Brazil of IGN FRANCE INTERNATIONAL, the worldwide leader in cartographic engineering as well as delegate of Le Port Autonome du Havre, administrative body managing this important French port (extended to Mercosul and Chile in February 2002).

In 2000, LFC signed partnerships with PROCONSEIL, a French company, to bring to Mercosul specific know how in consultancy and training (seminars and educational games).
